TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – Veloraa
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the Veloraa online store.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Products
Veloraa offers women’s clothing and accessories.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations (color, fit, appearance) may occur and do not engage our liability.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC).
Veloraa reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Orders are placed directly through the website.
A confirmation email is sent once the order has been successfully placed.
Veloraa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
All transactions are secured through trusted payment providers. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and other available options.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery times are estimated between 8 to 10 business days after shipment.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Veloraa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
9. Liability
Veloraa shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
10. Personal Data
Personal information collected is used solely for order processing.
Veloraa does not sell or share customer data with third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Veloraa website (texts, images, logo, visuals) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the business operates.
